The Bed & Breakfast is located in the suggestive Canal Area (Navigli). This is one of the most attractive areas of Milan, full of clubs and wonderful shops. The Bed and Breakfast is situated in a small and quiet side street, just few steps away from the most vibrant city area.

The apartment, high quality class, on 2 levels, is very confortable and cosy. A wonderful place for a relaxing stay and refreshing sleep.

Completely furnished and equipped. Air conditioning, fireplace, Tv, free internet access, microwave, iron, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, sheets, towels, dishes, cutlery, cookware and more….
The rooms, one for each level, are introduced by a “petite” antechamber for a better privacy and have private facilities, well equipped with healthy SPA with Sauna, Aromatherapy, Chromotherapy Teuco Shower and Hydrosonictm Teuco bath.
Very close to dowtown Milano, pubblic transports and subway, historical sites, markets and shops, pharmacies, over that, of course, to restaurants, pubs and trattorie on Navigli canals.

B&B service, short term rentals, daily, weekly, maximum 1 month.

With 1 room:
for night: 100€ (1 p.), 150€ (2 p.), 165€ (3 p.), 180€ (4 p.)
1 week: 525€/1 p. , + 100€ a week for every added guest;
2 weeks: 850€/1 p, + 150€ for 2 weeks for every added guest;
up to 1 month: please ask a quotation

With 2 rooms:
for night: 190€ (2 p.), 240€ (3 p.), 260€ (4 p.), 275€ (5 p.), 285€ (6 p.)
1 week: 1.000€/2 p. , + 100 € a week for every added guest;
2 weeks: 1.500€/2 p. , + 150 € for 2 weeks for every added guest;
up to 1 month: please ask a quotation

Private garage: 10 €/day – Smoking Area in the private loggia
